Who we are - Nugent's Canal Point Property Owners Association

We are a community of 260 homeowners, with deeded dock at our door. We live just West of Port Clinton, and to the South of the Portage river. Just minutes from lake Erie. Our private roads and canals are maintained by the NCPPOA
